Opens.Travel is a division of Welcome to Vietnam, a Vietnamese tourism media organization. We’re here to showcase Vietnamese tour operators who are dedicated to sustainable development and take responsibility for the community and the surrounding environment.
The tour operators undergo a meticulous registration and review process. The specifically chosen partners are dedicated to promoting sustainable tourism development and are responsible stewards of the environment and local communities. For the initial phase, only 11 partners have been carefully selected out of a total of over 40 registered partners to be featured on the website.
Payment for your tour will be handled directly by the tour operator in either USD or VND. Please note that for certain special tours, it may be necessary to make advance preparations. In such cases, the tour operator may contact you to request a deposit or provide instructions on how to complete the payment before the tour.
To cancel or modify your booking, please notify the tour operator at least 48 hours in advance. It’s important to note that specific tours may have a stricter cancellation policy. For detailed information about the cancellation policy, kindly refer to the tour introduction. In cases where a deposit or prepayment has been made to the tour operator, the refund policy and process will be managed directly by the tour operator.
