Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that aims to bring relaxation and calm to both the body and mind. It is an ideal restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, sometimes with support from props.
More than just common yoga session, in this 4 days 3 nights retreat, we will conduct restorative yoga with aromatherapy application to enhance the benefit of relaxation. Last not least, a visit to Bach Ma National Park and the scenic train journey through nature from Hue to Da Nang will completely uplift your energy.
