Itinerary
7:30 am: You will be picked up from your hotel/Airbnb and go to Ben Tre City. Along the freeway, you will have a chance to see the beautiful Rice Paddy Fields.
10:30 am: We will take the boat ride on the Ba Lai River in Ben Tre. The motherland of coconut to understand how the locals not just only have coconut for juice, but for other manufacturers, including coconut candy and coconut oil.
11:00 am: Cruising to discover the local culture of the South and to see how the locals live their life, such as lively activities on waterways by cargo boats, fishing boats, kinds of fish traps, and handicraft factories of coconut process.
11:30 am: Continue the journey to visit coconut charcoal ovens – make products from coconut shells as active charcoal (a kind of material for battery).
12:30 pm: Taking the rowing boat which is paddled by the local people on the amazing beautiful coconut canal in Ben Tre. Hop on a tuk-tuk (cycling is optional) through the coconut grove of the village to see how the locals make sleeping mats.
1:30 pm: We will have a set menu of delicious Southern local lunches in the riverside family restaurant. After lunch, you might Relax and keep going by rowing boat on a shady palm tree canal.
2:30 pm: The boat will ride back to the boat station and head back to Saigon.
Finish at 6 pm.

Pick-up point
Free pick-up service is available from hotels located in the Ho Chi Minh City center area, including Districts 1, 3, and 4. During the checkout process, kindly provide us with your pickup details.
If you prefer, you can also meet us directly at the designated starting point: 01 Cong Xa Paris, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Cancellation policy
For pre-paid services (deposit/ full price payment), we will accept to refund if you would like to cancel the service. However, as always, to prepare the services best for you, we will pay for cars, and restaurants in advance, which can not be refunded when reaching a certain time.
The refund percentages are as follows:
- Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: 100% refund
- Cancellation 4-6 days in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 3 days: 0% refund

You will not have to pay through this website. Payment for your tour will be handled directly by the tour operator in either USD or VND. The operator may require an advance payment to ensure a smooth trip.
The “Total Cost” mentioned refers to the complete amount you are required to pay to the tour operator, inclusive of VAT. If you avail of additional services that are not included in the tour price, kindly inform the tour operator directly during the tour.
Can I cancel or modify my tour?
To cancel a tour, please directly contact the tour operator to submit a tour cancellation request. It is important to carefully review the cancellation policy mentioned above.
In the event that you have already made a payment or deposit for the tour with the tour operator, kindly note that the refund process for the deposit will be handled by the tour operator in accordance with the relevant refund policy.
